How is the booking process?
1. Fill Out the Contact Form
Complete the form on the Contact page and share as many details as possible about your vision and needs.
2. Receive Your Information & Custom Proposal
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a detailed PDF via email outlining the full photo session process and pricing.
If you’ve shared specific details, I’ll also include personalized recommendations and a custom package tailored to your needs and budget.
3. Complimentary Consultation Call
We’ll schedule a complimentary 30-60 minute video or phone consultation to go over everything, answer your questions, and finalize the details.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other better and see if our energies align, which is so important for creating beautiful, authentic images together.
4. Contract & Preparation
Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll sign the contract. I’ll then send your session & style guide along with your invoice.
5. You’re All Set!
Your date is officially reserved, and we’ll begin preparing for your beautiful session!
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
*For unedited package options: 2 business days
*Up to 10 images edited in detail: 1-4 weeks after you choose your photos.
*For ALL edited digital images packages: 2-6 weeks after your photo session
Can I purchase wall art?
I offer professional silk paper prints (available in glossy and matte), fine art prints, framed prints, and canvas options. Simply let me know your preferred size and material, and I’ll take care of the rest, ensuring beautiful, high-quality results that you’ll love displaying in your space.
What if we have a destination wedding out of Virginia?
I love travelling! If you are getting married in a location NOT listed below, I have a special offer for you!
